Change management
For a consistent change management it is necessary to detect all submitted changes (content, risk, quality, cost, deadlines). Analysis and control of the possible consequences are as important as approval or refusal of the change request. Afterwards the approved changes are realized and controlled.
We assure that all disciplines are represented in the change board and that our change management is closely connected with the requirement and configuration management.
