Problem solving management
Problems can occur in any project with different severity and it is necessary to find an adequate solution and to realize it.
For a consistent problem solving management basic engineering techniques as well as techniques of other fields of activity are required (creative techniques, search for alternatives and their evaluation, prototyping, benefit analysis). We use the problem solving process G8D which is prevalent in the automotive sector.
